LWGYThe turbine flow sensor is paired with a display instrument to form a turbine flow meter. Sensors have the characteristics of high accuracy, good repeatability, long lifespan, and simple operation. It can be widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and papermaking to measure the instantaneous flow rate and total volume of liquids. The LWGY series turbine flowmeter is manufactured using advanced foreign technology and is one of the most ideal flowmeters for measuring liquids. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high measurement accuracy, long service life, simple operation, and easy maintenance. This product is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, urban construction, environmental protection, food and other fields to measure the flow rate of liquids such as water, tap water, diesel, gasoline and light finished oil with high precision.
Working principle
The turbine inside the sensor rotates under the action of fluid, causing a change in the magnetic field of the signal detector. Therefore, an alternating voltage is induced in the coil of the signal detector, which is amplified, filtered, and shaped by an amplifier to output a square wave signal. The frequency of this signal voltage is directly proportional to the speed of the impeller, that is, directly proportional to the flow rate (velocity) of the fluid.

Adopting advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology, the whole machine has strong functions, low power consumption, and superior performance. Intelligent flow display with non-linear accuracy compensation function. The accuracy of the correction formula is better than 0.02%.
The instrument coefficient can be set online through buttons and displayed on an LCD screen, which is intuitive, clear, and highly reliable.
Using EEPROM for power down protection of accumulated flow and instrument coefficient. The protection period is greater than 10 years.
The measuring detector has wear-resistant and anti-corrosion types, with a wide range of product applications and good stability.
Temperature range of turbine flowmeter: -20~100 ℃, high temperature type -20~150 ℃.
The flow measurement range is large, generally up to 10:1, and can be extended to 40:1 for special cases.
The flow sensor has multiple connection methods, making it easy to install and use.
Turbine sensors are suitable for measuring liquids with low viscosity, with high accuracy up to 0.2~1.0 levels, and can withstand high working pressures.
The impeller is made of duplex stainless steel and requires further preventive treatment. The bearings are made of graphite, modified tetrafluoroethylene, tungsten carbide, and gemstones.
Intelligent circuit design, powerful functions, displaying instantaneous flow and cumulative flow. Low power consumption, can work with its own battery, remote transmission output 4-20mA, pulse, with Hart protocol.
